Amedzofe sits higher than any other village in Ghana, and the light here changes hour by hour. We map out a personal route of viewpoints timed to when each one looks its best.
Some are a two-minute stroll from your room; others are a short drive to a ridge where the valley opens up completely. Photographers can request an early departure for the mist.
Your host provides a printed map, timings and, if you like, a driver for the further stops.
