About this experience
Our sommelier pours a flight of five wines chosen to move from crisp and bright to deep and structured, mirroring the way the light changes over the valley through the evening.
Each pour is matched with something from the region — soft local cheeses, spiced nuts, grilled pineapple and freshly baked bread from our kitchen.
Seating is on the west-facing terrace, so the tasting finishes exactly as the sun drops below the cloud line.
